Event Policies and Vendor Code of Conduct (revised 2026):

• ALL Vendors are required to fill out the online vendor sign-up form to register for upcoming events. We are no longer able to reserve through calls and text messages.

• Payment for table and electric fees are REQUIRED PRIOR to the event. You will receive an invoice via email for the table fees through Square. Table reservation are only confirmed once your invoice is paid.

• All fees are nonrefundable unless the expo is cancelled by the venue or Exoticon.

• Electricity fees are set by the venue.

• Discounts for table bundles are as listed on the website. No other special pricing will be offered or honored.

• Vendors cancelations are handled on an individual basis. Repeat cancelations and no show may affect being approved to vend at future events.

• Vendors should limit attending personnel to more than two people to manage each reserved table. 

• All animals sold are to be healthy, free of parasites, and legal to sell and own in that area. It is the responsibility of the vendor to know and abide by regulations of the species they sell.

• All animals MUST be secured in enclosures. 

• Handling by customers is at the vendor discretion. Exoticon is not liable for any injuries or bites due to animals at these events. It is the sole responsibility of the owner/vendor to maintain control of their animals.

• All items being displayed and sold must be family friendly. Sharp or dangerous items must be in a contained display.

• All sales are between vendor and customer. Exoticon is not responsible for these sales and transactions.

• All vendors must act in a professional manner. Rudeness, drug use, profanity, threats, violence, etc. are grounds for immediate removal from the expo property and banning from future events.
